When is the Fiddle Camp? July 28 – August 1, 2025
How much is tuition? $125 for youth / $225 for adults for the entire week for NON-Learn to Play classes. All Classes (except Learn to Play) are Half Day and you can choose up to one AM class and one PM class for the entire week. There is no price break for only choosing one class.
NEW IN 2025 – Learn to Play classes will be Monday-Thursday from 4pm-5pm. These classes are for those that have NEVER played before and will be offered of Fiddle, Mandolin & Guitar. Price is $50 for the week.
Where is the Fiddle Camp? Chelan County Event Center; 5700 Wescott Drive, Cashmere WA
What instruments are taught? Fiddle, Guitar, Mandolin, Bass, Banjo & Piano
Do I signup for one class per day? No, when you signup for a class, that is the class you are in all 5 days. You have the option for an AM class AND a PM class for the one registration price.
What ages can register? Most Instrumental classes (with the exception of beginner classes) suggest students be at least 8 years old. If the student is younger, a parent or guardian may be asked to stay with them. There is no one that is “too old”.
Do I have to be a member of the WOTFA to participate? Yes, membership is required. You can register at www.wotfa.org
Do I have to be a Washington resident? No, as long as you are a member of WOTFA you are good to go. We have had students come from Alaska, Canada, California, Ohio, and even Japan.
When does registration begin? Monday, April 7, 2025
What is the refund policy? Refunds are available with a $25 service fee if requested before July 1st. Cancellations after July 1st will not receive a refund and will be considered a donation to the Fiddle Camp. This goes for scholarships as well.
When does registration end? Online and in person registration will stay open till July 28th, 2025. Mail in registrations must be received by July 10th, 2024.
How do I check to see if I am current with my membership? Go to the WOTFA website www.wotfa.org and click on “Login” then follow the directions to log in.
